1.PAYMENT
Strictly net by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.

2.FREIGHT
Freight will be charged on all orders. The goods will be dispatched by our preferred carrier unless instructed otherwise, in which case they will be sent freight forward.

3.OWNERSHIP/TITLE
*Notwithstanding that all risk in respect of the goods shall be the responsibility of the buyer from the time of their dispatch, property in the goods shall not pass to the buyer until full payment for such goods has been received by Chrizarna Trading Company Limited. *Goods delivered to the buyer and proceeds from the sale of the goods in respect of which payment has not been received by Chrizarna Trading Company Limited, shall remain the property of Chrizarna Trading Company Limited. The buyer shall hold such goods and proceeds on behalf of Chrizarna Trading Company Limited. *Chrizarna Trading Company Limited may at any time without notice retake possession of such goods and proceeds and if necessary for that purpose to enter upon such premises in which the goods may be, or are believed to be, situated. *Notwithstanding our retention of legal title payment as above, the buyer's obligation to make payment in accordance with paragraph 1. Shall remain in full force and effect. *Nothing herein shall entitle the buyer to the goods other than in strict accordance with paragraph 4. *All fees for expenses incurred by Chrizarna Trading Company Limited in collecting outstanding monies or reclaiming goods will be payable by the buyer.

4.CREDIT CLAIMS/S
SHORT DELIVERIES AND DAMAGE - All claims for short deliveries or damage must be made to our office within 7 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS, NO CLAIMS for short delivery or damage can be recognised after this time. No merchandise will be accepted for , for any reason other than manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery, with Chrizarna Trading Company Limited written approval. Freight will not be paid by us on goods ed unless first authorised in writing.

5.PRICES
All prices quoted are exclusive of G.S.T. and subject to change without notice. Goods will be billed at the prices ruling at the time of invoicing.

6.VERBAL AGREEMENTS
Any verbal agreement not conforming to these general conditions of sale shall not be binding on Chrizarna Trading Company Limited unless we have confirmed them in writing.

7.CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
In as much as the goods are supplied to and acquired by the buyer for the purposes of the buyers business, the statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply to transactions between Chrizarna Trading Company Limited and the buyer and the parties specifically agree to contract out of that act pursuant to Section 43 (2)
